These are truly cement corn stalks here in Dublin. A site to see for sure

benches to watch the corn grow?

Old Dublin

Old Dublin
Stone walls you see all over Dublin

Scioto River. It's is Urban Legand that Eric Clapton lives near here on the Scioto. Actually Duane and Jordan saw him the other day pumping gas in his black Lamborghini. He can be a "real" person here without paparzzi following him. He supposedly hangs out at the Starbucks in Old Dublin. We haven't seen him there yet!

Another view of the Scioto River

Chief Leatherlips. That's his name. When I found him, I thought I was in Egypt. Supposedly, he was the chief in this area many moons ago and in 1990, the City of Dublin, erected him in this stone that is indicative to this area. He looks a little angry to me. Maybe he doesn't like his statue.

Water tower in Dublin. They are everywhere here. This is Avery park about 1 mile from our house. It's a kid's dream. Soccer, baseball, softball fields and bike and walking paths. We ride our bikes and also walk here almost everyday.

Dublin Jerome High School where Jordan graduated and Lauren will this year. There are 3 schools in Dublin. One where Brady Quinn graduated, Coffman, and also Scioto. Jordan chose Jerome because it was just opened the year he started and he felt he would have a better chance in playing football. I guess it worked since he now plays in college.

This is Jack Nickalus and Jordan. We live near Muirfield, the golf course that Jack created. Every year, the Memorial is played here. Jack was dressed in a OSU clothing by someone, it was during games of OSU. They are very spirited here. Jordan was on his way to work and happened to have his jersey on that day so we took full advantage of it.

Their name is the "Celtics". You don't say it like the Boston BB team. It is named after Dublin Ireland Celts. It's funny to hear announcers say the name and they always say it wrong. Then everyone yells to him the correct pronounciation.

Looking down our street. Our streets are wide which makes it nice for parking.
